Run srart October 12 will be at Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve, Antioch. This will be so well worth the scenic drive to get there no more needs to be said. Take Highway 4 to Antioch, then Somersville Road exit to the very end (amost 2 miles after entering the park). The detour posted on the East Bay Regional Parks website has been cleared and it is a straight shot to the start on a newly resurfaced Somersville Road.
* Once again it will be time for hare raising. As an incentive Dr. K will feed anyone volunteering to hare the next several runs absolutely free at the post-run cookout today!
