There will be a pre-event pre-lube at
Heart and Dagger Saloon, 504 Lake Park Ave, located about 150 yards from the start location.

Trail will be about 7 miles and is stroller/kid friendly trail. Dogs are okay as long as on leash. This will be mostly street/urban running.
