101 to Oregon expressway and then Page Mill Rd.
or
82 to Page Mill Rd
then
right on Arastradero Rd. and into the parking lot.
Arastradero preserve run through the dry kindling. We did a trail here some time since it rained last, but I don't think I went to it. It be as long as I can make it, but not too long. BYOB for beer stops and start/end. Standard A to A. Probably won't be a disaster. Bring sun screen and a hat since there's not much shade on trail.
Trail is dog friendly (on leash), maybe stroller friendly (if you can push a stroller up a dirt path).
Parking may be limited, so carpool if you can.
