: Berkeley Marina
: Bitch On The Side
:
Start: Horseshoe Park at Berkeley Marina (between Skates Restaurant and Berkeley Yacht Club)

Address: 101 Seawall Drive, Berkeley

Directions: At the far west end of University Avenue is Berkeley Pier. When you get to the pier, turn right onto Seawall Drive. Pass Skates Restaurant on your left. Pass the first parking lot entrance on your right, then look for the sign for "Horseshoe Park" on your right and immediately turn right and park. Horseshoe Park is hidden in the trees and is rarely used. If you get to Berkeley Yacht Club, you've gone too far.

- Stroller and Family Friendly. Bring your kids. Walk on the pier. Fly some kites. Watch the kite-boarders. Visit Shorebird Park and Discovery Playground.
- Dog Friendly. Most parts of Berkeley Marina allow dogs on leash and there is also an Off-Leash area.
- Turkey and Eagle Trails with Scenic and Private Beer Check, Walker and Stroller Options
- Lots of shiggy and dirt trails. Even some hills. Check out some little-known trails in and around the Marina.
- Scenic views of the Bay, San Francisco, Marin and the Golden Gate Bridge
