Remember the 90's when you parents almost bought in that new development in Hercules?  Well WrinklePecker invites you to come tromp around your almost neighborhood and think of all the HOA dues you are not paying. It will be hot-ish so bring water and a parasol. 

NOTE: If you have an EBMUD hiker permit, please take a picture and load it on your phone, we will need you just in case (extremely unlikely). One permit is good for 4 people.

Bring Water and Sunscreen - you will be exposing yourself to the sun for a good portion of the run.

Little/avoidable PO, but it's the East Bay, so if you go way off trail you will find it.  

Walkers - out and back to Beer Check, or choose your own adventure with shade. 

Dogs: OK, but there is a potential fence to go over or under, Lola managed just fine. 

On After is not at the Up and Under in Rchmond but the "Second Pitch" in El Sobrante. $5 pints. $15 pitchers of Hazy and $18 dollar pitchers of Denoganizer. Full bar and good food.
