From The East:
From I-580 in Castro Valley take the Eden Canyon Road/Palo Verde Road exit. Then take E. Castro Valley Blvd (aka Dublin Canyon Road) East to Schaefer Ranch Road. Go left on Schaefer Ranch Road, then a right onto Dublin Blvd, and watch for the staging area on your left.

From The West:
From I-580 in Dublin/Pleasanton, exit at San Ramon Road/Foothill Road. Drive north on San Ramon Road and turn left (west) on Dublin Blvd. Proceed for about two miles to the staging area on the right.
