Run start is at Lone Oak picnic area near the northwest entrance to Tilden
Park.

To get there (from Berkeley), take Shattuck to Cedar (north of University,
south of Gilman). Turn east on Cedar. Go 3 blocks, then turn north (left)
on Spruce. Follow Spruce all the way up the hill to the intersection with
Grizzly Peak Blvd. Immediately after crossing Grizzly Peak, turn left onto
Canon Drive and into the park.

Once in the park, take the first right on Central Park Drive, then the
first left on Lone Oak Road. There is parking in front of the picnic area,
and also further up the road on the left.

There will be poison oak and also some nettles. Wear long pants and wash
with Tecnu, or no bitching!
